IT Manager

• Responsible for Information Technology in the location.
• Ensures coordination and/or provisioning of all IT services, IT activities and IT projects for Suzhou plant according to the Continental Automotive IT Strategy. 
• Provides IT services, activities and projects within the approved budget, according to the IT Standards and aligned with the Regional Information Officer (RIO) and the local management.
• Leads and manages the local IT organization.
• Recruits and develops local IT staff in coordination with the RIO and being supported by IT CCs. Ensures high efficiency and high performance of the local IT Organization through appropriate and active skill- and people management together with the RIO.
• Ensures coordination and provisioning of all IT services,ensures reliability, efficiency and quality of all IT services and approved IT projects.
• Responsible for Information security in the location.

• Bachelor degree and above
• Fluent English
• 5-7 years IT-professional experience, preferable in the Automotive Industry.
• 4-6  years project experience, preferable in IT/Digitalization and/or production line.
• Managed employees or worked as a project manager over a period of at least three years.
