Intern - R&D, Materials & Testing

OESL is creating its own company within a company. This is a truly unique opportunity to start the department from the ground floor working within the Testing & Laboratory Department of the R&D Team. 

The Testing & Laboratories group needs an engineering intern that will support various functions of the Material & Testing Laboratories. Responsibilities include:

• Project planning, timing, execution and reporting of results
• Support material development engineers with test development
• Support engineers with product testing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering degree program
• Able to work 40 hours during the summer (Mon-Fri)
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
• Minimum sophomore standing or higher
• Able to commute to our Auburn, Indiana, Technical Center
• Able to work in a team environment and be flexible with changing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Junior standing or higher
