Infrastructure & Maintenance Engineer

• The employee is allocated to one or more projects as Infrastructure & Maintenance Engineer with special focus on Sustainability.
• Discuss and develop projects with internal costumers such as HVAC system & piping, Steam, cooling water, Compressed air systems.
• Review drawings, Change Requests, Engineering Change Proposals, computer models and other technical documentation to identify maintenance supply support requirements for the design.
• You will be dealing with implementation of Utilities in production facilities in South and North America.
• Develop life-long estimation of equipment.
• Preparation, evaluation of quotations, contracts, and execution of projects.
• Quality check and acceptance during implementation and commissioning.
• Under guide from function leader and region leader.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineer, HVAC specialist.
• Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English.
• Available to travel in country and abroad (20% of time)
• Basic knowledge of financial plans for feasibility study (TCO, IRR)
• You must have minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in a Design Institute or Construction Company or Client.
• Experience in maintenance and supervision of operation of equipment.
• Knowledge of Energy Conservation Standard Practices, Renewable Energy
• Knowledge of calculation of infrastructure utilities, such as HVAC, Steam, Compressors
• Knowledge and experience in waste air & water treatment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mexican local regulatory requirements and standards
• Familiar with international engineering and project management.
• Good skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit & Plant 3D desirable.
