1. Personnel database input and maintain
2. Make sure all data accuracy and confidentiality

5. Plant data protection review support
System
1. GHR system data maintain and quality control
2. "My Success" support
3. T&A system-Interflex management
4. HR Operational Center System
5. HR e-Worklife systems
HR Transformation Project- administration Information Operations
As the adminitration operation representive of Hefei Plant, take full responsibility to implentmen personnle administration operations after China HR Opeation Center establishd, keep data accurancy both in system and local database, ensure the data accurancy, provide related report.
ER Management
1. Support for optimize workflow, process....... reduce legal issue, in compliance with Conti policies, guideline, regulations..... to prevent risks;
2. Welll implement employee relations management process & activities: includes, working injury.
3. Check and input Emplyee exit interview , Regularly tracking and analysis the status of employment KPI, provide advices for improvement ;
Reporting
1. HC & labor cost report ( Bug, Forecast, actual) delivery on time into system or central or government;
2. HR Team monthly or yearly reports delivery;
3. Market survey or local or funtional analysis data delivery;
4. Update & maintain C&B related HR employee Database
5. HR GRC ICS report
Reikalavimai
Bachelor degree in Human resource management related area
3-5 years labor relationship and Compensation & Benefits working knowledge
Familiar with HR Information, SAP and other systems, as well as MS office
Ability to do reporting and analysis
Have HR systems and processes related project experience
