Must follow the work schedule established by superiors and ensures that the operators he/she is in charge of follow the same program, announces the Shift Leader for any deviation of the operators from the work schedule;
Organizes, manages and controls the production activity during the shifts exchange on the subordinated area, being responsible for the efficient use of the equipment and the workforce;
Responsible for the qualitative approval of the products (according to the quality manual and the rules established by the quality department);
Train the new hired operators on the production area that will be under his/her responsibility;
Must have a professional attitude with all employees and Contitech's collaborators;
Ensures that all production tools are maintained and prepared for the production, together with the Engineers / Technicians from the Industrial or the Maintenance departments;
Verifies and fills in, where appropriate, the production tracking sheets and hand them over to the Shift Leader.

Graduation studies in the technical field (mechanical/electrical qualification);
Availability to work in 4 shifts;
Team player, organized person.
