QM Engineer (determined) - Tires
Tvoji zadaci
- Ensure task fulfilment in the area of responsability;
- Responsible for publicing and updating procedures, specifications, work instructions related to control plans;
- Responsible for elaborating and updating risk analysis (FMEA) and of documents to plan quality (PPAP,APQP);
- Responsible for elaborating and updating evaluation criteria for internal audits and LPA;
- Responsible for protection of internal and external client by demanded actions;
- Participates in the team which analyzes and implements actions related to clients complaints;
- Participates in activities related to structural problem solving (SPS) in the area of responsibility;
- Ensures following compliance with the process and product specifications;
- Performs, analyzes and documents quality verifications;
- Follows and reports functioning of the quality systems and validation rules and electronical traceability;
- Daily, monthly, annual analyzes related to process and product, initiates corrective actions;
- Checks and reports the management mode of the non-compliant product and offers decisions regarding their status;
- Participates as a team member that makes product and process audits, regularly;
- Has the responsibility and authority to stop production in case of deviation from standard with impact on external customer;
- Manage quality tasks withing company projects;
- Periodically evaluates subordinates and establishes development measures.
Tvoj profil
- University studies (technical university);
- Minimum 2 years in different positions in following domains: Production/ Product Industrialization/ Quality;
- Participation SPS teams and SPS activities;
- English - minim B2;
- Office 365 - medium level;
- Experience in audits.
