Tvoji zadaci

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to lead and implement local HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and comply with relevant regulations. This role plays a key part in shaping our people strategy and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business goals and ensure legal compliance.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of health and wellness programs.
  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to ensure excellence across key HR areas, including:
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Internal Communications
    • Employee Development
    • Labor Relations
    • Offboarding & Payroll
    • Compensation & Benefits / HR Services
    • Occupational Health
    • HR Consulting (including other Automotive locations in Jacutinga, Guarulhos and Itapevi)
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.
  • Additional role coordinating Brazil Aumovio HR related topics.
  • Interface with headquarter in Germany.

  • Proven experience in managing diverse HR functions.
  • Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.

Tvoj profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in both Human Resources and Health-related areas.
  • Extensive knowledge across core HR functions, including:
    • Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
    • Offboarding & Dismissal Processes
    • HR Operations
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Internal Communication
    • Labor Relations & Employment Law
    • Compliance with company-specific policies and local regulations
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong intercultural competence and experience working in diverse, global environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills in contexts of indirect leadership, fostering influence and alignment without formal authority.
