Facility Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced in Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Facility Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment within the assigned facility. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and other systems, as well as a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures for concerted activity in Utility operation
• Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• Maintain the stability of the utility supply (Compressed Air, Water station, Chillers, Cooling Tower, HVAC, Boiler, Vacuum system, Wastewater treatment plant, Fire prevention, RO, Gas Station, and steam recovery system.
• Maintain the readiness of utility equipment for a temporary solution to bring the machine back to operation and corrective action for recovery of the machine to good condition.
• Responsible for machine PM and yearly schedules of plant shutdown activity for utility systems.
• Responsible for the legal requirement in the Utility function.
• Responsible to contact the continental central team to share the knowledge in utility topic.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement tasks for utility equipment
• Responsible Energy consumption improvement project.
• Responsible Decarbonization project.
• Responsible Unsafe condition improvement project.
• Machine efficiency improvement project.
• Support Energy Efficiency Engineer to maintain, set up and repair energy meter and communication.
• Implement, validate and document the hardware and software changes made to the equipment control, BMS and MessDas system.

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering field or related fields.
• Strong knowledge(with theory) in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 &ISO14001 is required.
• Has knowledge of Problem solving and improvement.
• Has knowledge of Utility supply management.
• Experienced with  mechanical equipment for Steam & Steam recovery system, Compressed air, Water treatment , RO, Fire prevention, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Piping, Vacuum, Wastewater treatment.
• Experienced for manage subordinator is preferred.
• Good in English and ability to communicate in multi-national environment
