Job Description
Learning
▪ Build up customer oriented learning path per competency levels utilizing varies learning resources
▪ Define and implement light house social learning activities to foster learning culture
▪ Steer and monitor learning activities rollout in all levels
Culture Deployment
▪Design, drive and communicate employee engagement activities that support company culture in varies formats.
▪Workshop organization, regular tracking and updating for the action plan defined
HR Communication
▪ Implement systematic internal communication mechanism to encourage open, transparent communication in line with Continental Value
▪ Set up and manage different channels for communication activities with all levels of employees in the region
Projects/ Others
Talent Management
▪Support of Development Programs for all relevant target groups (e.g. trainee pool, functional development program, training initiatives, etc.)
▪ Support Implement of Sector Leadership Development Program on BA
Strategic Recruiting & Employer Branding
▪ Build up recruiting standard across region, including develop and implement diagnostic tools for BA RE Tires APAC
▪ Maintain, update and continuously improve the diagnostic toolbox to ensure high quality and efficiency
▪ Support Global Employer Branding activities and its implementation in the region and markets.
Others
▪ Support BA HR team for additional assignments if needed
