In this role, you will be responsible for legal advice regarding: 

• All corporate law matters, especially regarding the annual shareholders‘ meeting, advice to the executive board, supervisory board and its committees
• Capital market requirements, including its compliance, as well as on corporate governance and finance activities
• "Corporate housekeeping" activities

If you are a motivated fully qualified lawyer with

• Several years of experiences in corporate law
• Preferably experiences as an in-house counsel
• Very good understanding of economic contexts
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A team player attitude
