Development Engineer - Curing & Curing Bladders

• Design and develop technologies and processes in area of curing to ensure technology leadership under the perspective of performance, quality and cost
• Lead and coordinate complex technical tasks related to curing and curing bladders
• Support of tire production in terms of quality and performance optimization influenced by molding, curing and demolding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ww R&D projects

• University degree in technical field
• Fluent English language
• Self-motivated, proactive in finding solutions
• Knowledge of curing processes is beneficial
• Team player

Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):

Freshly graduate: TT8: 1 800€ + variable part

Experienced candidate: TT9: 2 000+ variable part

Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3000€ gross/monthly and more.
