CBS Coach

▪ Consult & drive the definition of the Plant Strategy based on the AM/BU Strategy Process and inputs
▪ Develops the CBS Plant roadmap. Follows the Plant CBS roadmap in the respective focus factories and supporting functions.
▪ Owns the responsibility for the fulfillment of CBS within its organization.

▪ Key consultant for the Plant Management Team and the entire plant for continuous improvement and lean implementation to optimize efficiency, increase productivity (e.g. OEE, less invest), quality (e.g. scrap, incidents, 0km PPM) and deliveries (e.g. freights).
▪  Drives the development of the plant in the direction of a Lean and Continuous Improvement organization towards achieving Operational Excellence.

▪ Inspire, coach and drive the Plant Management, the Dep. Heads and the entire plant towards application (how to use) of CBS methods, lean and continuous improvement (CI) behavior, lean and CI system understanding and lean and CI system sustainability.
▪Moderate workshops and coach the local plant team in their RIEs and projects, improvement events and Strategy Projects.
▪ Drives lean and continuous improvement transformation within the plant (from management to operators), motivating and influencing the management to take over CBS ownership.

▪ Identify and ensure the requird CBS skills are developed and applied continuously and correctly in the plant.
▪ Provides & supports CBS trainings customized to the target group within the plant.

▪ Ensure that the Strategy Projects and the CBS Projects follow the rules of Project management (Project Charter, A3, Projectreviews, Traceability, etc.)
▪ Conduct cross- department workshops for information exchange, RIEs, CIM activities.
▪ Member of the CBS BU, AM ME and TQM CBS center of excellence networks (or other upon need). Accumulate and communicate results and lessons learned. Use best practice experience of the network. Share best practices to the network.

• Bachelor's degree or comparable

• CBS knowledge; CBS principles, methods and tools

• Ability to lead, coach people, very good communication skills, emotional intelligence

• Change management and interruptive thinking

•Project management skills, tools and techniques

•Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques

•  Professional experience (at least 5 years) in manufacturing field, preferred in different functions
•  Cross functional experience, preferred 

•  Experience as a project manager, preferred in the area of lean production
▪  Experience in applying CBS(or other lean methodology) for min. 5 years
▪  Preferred (not mandatory) experience leading or coaching Six Sigma (or other methodology like Shainin) projects as Black Belt or Master Black Belt

•  Experience in a leadership position, preferred in operational units with direct and indirect
•  Experience in working with international teams
▪  Fluent proficiency in English
