- Monitor and drives all the test disciplines (on the validation of V-cycle, coordination of all test disciplines for different project/product milestones.
- Actively manages test progress including driving for solutions and ensuring successful on time execution.
- Improve testing efficiency by automation using capl/python.
- Defines and review different test plan, ensuring efficient use and assignment of test equipment and test devices (vehicle, HIL, Bench, Bench,integration…) for different testing.
- Review the requirements for testability and develop test cases applying the test design techniques.
- Involved in procurement of test vehicles and other test equipment according to project plan and test requirement. Ensures on time vehicle setup, test track rental and test / data collection execution from early development until final validation. Overall owner of test campaigns.
- actively manages and optimizes the use of test and validation resources in the project (HC, equipment, material).
- Responsible for handling customer issues (issue reproduction, Counter measures testing etc.)
- Responsible for the cost tracking for the HC budget and infrastructure (vehicle, Hil …)
- Coaching and mentoring the team for test activities. Resolving the daily impediments and ensure the time execution of the test related activities.
- Knowledge of ADAS products and testing adas functionalities
- Knowledge on Radar sensors
- Good knowledge of Test engineering.
- Advance knowledge of Planning, organization, controlling of projects
- Basic Knowledge of Special development tools like: IMS/MKS, DOORS, Jira
- Good Knowledge in System, SW, EE development
- Good knowledge on automotive protocols CAN, Ethernet Flex.
- Good knowledge on Vehicle architecture, Gateways, IMUs etc,
- Good Knowledge in ISO 26262 and functional safety
- Good Knowledge in System, SW,HW development
- Experience in the Automotive development processes/ ASPICE..
- Programming knowledge on Python/ CAPL, C and experience in automation
- Practical knowledge on V- cycle and complete Validation from Module integration testing to Vehicle testing/ acceptance testing
- Practical knowledge on different test method, test design techniques and Testing coverage applying different test strategies.

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in E&C/E&E/Automotive
Diploma/ Polytechnic background is added advantage

- 7 to 10 years experience in Test management, system testing/ vehicle testing / HIL testing/Integration Testing.
- Project management skills, Leading and steering a team of 15 to 20 people.
- Experience in safety related automotive domain like ADAS, Brake, Engines, airbags etc are preferred, no infotainment and cluster domain.
- Experience in working with Global Teams and intercultural sensitivity
