Quality Systems Manager

INTERNAL PERSONNEL APPLICATION ONLY

• Manage and improve the Quality systems and lab oratory areas for our manufacturing facility.
• Adjust, develop, review and implementation of our standards procedures to meet our Quality Management System requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate all planning, execution, results, risk and opportunities for internal and external audits.
• Management and supervision of Metrology laboratory.
• Management and supervision of physical laboratory for raw material and compounds.
• Ensure and improve our customer satisfaction level, as well as coordinate warranties analysis and actions to decrease and eliminate them.
• Manage and coordinate Structure Problem Solving Techniques giving support to all areas to coach them in the application and execution.

• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering (preferable Master degree)
• Advanced English 
• Experience: 
  • In Quality Management or in a similar function
  • In Quality Management Tools: Core Tools, Quality Tools etc.
  • In Structure Problem Solving Techniques
  • Leading projects related continuous improvement.
  • Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016)
• Knowledge:
  • IATF Quality System
  • Customer Specific Requirements  
  • VDA Quality Systems 
  • Rubber Process 
  • Metrology Systems 
  • Six Sigma Green belt (desirable)
