Your profile
Academic background in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Quality);
Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role (engineering, production, or process-related);
Advanced English skills, both spoken and written;
International exposure through internships or academic exchange programs;
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset;
Project management experience is a plus;
Openness and availability for international travel.

eXplore Tire Manufacturing & Engineering Graduate Program
Duration: Up to 18 months
Phase 1 – Practical Experience (10–16 months):
- Start with hands-on experience in tire production.
- Work in a real production setting.
- Tackle your first project at the plant.
Phase 2 – Central Placement (6–9 months):
- Join a graduate pool in Hanover with peers from around the world.
- Participate in exciting projects and learn about tire development and our global business model.
- Attend technical training programs to gain new skills.
- Use your soft skills and build a global network.
- Gain insights into research and development processes for tires.
- Collaborate on a global business contract with other graduates.
- Present your project results to top management.
