Náplň práce

What are you going to do? 

  • Interface between production, R&D and purchasing;
  • Support local projects in the industrialization
    • Check proper calibration of measurement equipment in production;
    • Ensure availability of necessary production data for post-processing and analysis (proper format, harmonized labels, access);
    • Align on a proper format for process change labeling for production data.
  • Investigation of critical parameters affecting optical performance and tracking of these parameters in production;
  • Discussion and alignment of component designs with production;
  • Investigation of parameters correlating with failures, countermeasure definition together with corresponding disciplines:
    • Coordinate structured problem-solving activities;
    • Development of early warning algorithms for critical display performance data.
  • Troubleshooting, problem solving and implementation of improvements;
  • Ensure that Lessons Learned are implemented, regular updates of Product Test Specification, naming standards application;
  • Support local plant SQM for R&D specific topics and insuring proper handover from development to series.

Profil kandidáta

  • You ideally have a solid and consolidated foundation in engineering, mathematics or a comparable education;
  • Statistics know-how is needed;
  • Product architecture know-how, as well as display and optical know-how is a plus, technical know-how needed;
  • Systematic, analytical way of working as well as problem solving skills;
  • Team competency, initiative, taking accountability, resilience;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills along cross functional teams.
