As a Maintenance Technician 1, 2, or 3…you will be responsible for:

  • Facility maintenance and grounds maintenance.
  • Completing maintenance request focusing on safety requests and your personnel safety.
  • Recurring maintenance on equipment and facility support systems.
  • Project initiation, project support, and project oversight.
  • Ensuring all responsibilities are completed safely, on schedule, and clearly communicated with our customers.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requisitos

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 1

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
  • Perform all tasks using plant safety procedures and OSHA lock out/tag out procedures.
  • Provide directed project support
  • Ability to work 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2

All basic qualifications required for Maintenance Technician 1, and:

  • Minimum 3 years; building maintenance experience and grounds maintenance experience
  • Ability to perform building maintenance tasks and grounds maintenance taskswith minimal direction.
  • Provide support to ensure compliance documentation (OSHA and SDS) is current and posted.
  • Provide predictive maintenance compliance support.
  • Ability to understand construction documents and support project management.
  • Provide self-directed project support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 3

All basic qualifications required for Maintenance Technician 2, and:

  • Minimum 5 years; building maintenance experience, and grounds maintenance experience
  • Ability to perform tasks self-directed.
  • Ensure compliance documentation (OSHA and SDS) is current and posted.
  • Manage projects utilizing project management techniques.
  • Ability to edit construction design/development documents.
  • Ability to develop scope of work statements and specifications for projects.
  • Ability to be the site point of contact for all assigned projects.
  • Ability to initiate approved projects in Continental’s procurement system.
