Product Owner Tooling Systems (m/f/diverse)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner Tooling Systems to join our team in Otrokovice, Czech Republik. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing tooling specifications and systems, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes.

• Develop and maintain product backlogs for Tooling system specifications, prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to control,  define and refine Tooling Systems and their usage and roll-out into Manufacturing
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions on product improvements and process optimizations
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for Tooling systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile development process
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding Tooling System specification requirements and changes
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments
• Participate in internal customer meetings to gather feedback and insights for product enhancements

• Academic degree in Process Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Several years' experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Proven track record. years' experience in manufacturing tyre production processes, specifications, and quality control procedures
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with product management tools such as Jira and/or Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry
• Scrum Product Owner certification preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel
