Manufacturing related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and  processes Production principles(methods and tools Including functionalities and application Knowledge of local laws and regulations e.g. Labor Laws, Obligations Regulations & Contracts); Openness to other cultures Leadership Building and maintenance of networks inlcuding cause of conflict and solution Including negotiation and presentation Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques Team skills, project management skills, tools and techniques.

At least 10 years experience in Operations; Automotive supplier knowledge, IATF, Lean, etc.

At least bachelor in engineering or MBA

according grade and company policy.
