- Act as Solution Architect for China and other APAC market. Designing, developing & executing the B2B2C journey roadmap and other system relevant to China market and other APAC market
- Deliver a feasible B2B2C roadmap and solutions that compliant to Conti Cybersecurity & data protection law
- Analyze and assess different technology platform/trend use in China Market and APAC Market
- Participate in technology evaluation and selection including prototyping
- Ensuring solution sustainability for both new and existing application
- Review the current applications landscape to promote standardization and harmonization
- Provide supervision & guidance to development teams both internal & external vendors through proper governance
- The position of this function is to be based in Shanghai and be part of a global competence team member in Asia. He/She should support the requirements of the China market primarily but should oversee the requirements of other APAC requirements and find synergy on solutions provided to APAC market. This involves stakeholder management and alignment with respective market's Local IT, Central Key Users in Germany, competence centers at IT HUB Petaling Jaya and coordination of a global operating team.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
- Having strong knowledge in distributor management, retail management, e-commerce, & customer engagement
- Proven track record of working experience (7+ years) as an architect or project manager.
- Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle (e.g., Agile and PI) and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems.
- Good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
- Good knowledge of the latest technology/platform specifically related to APAC and China landscape.
- Good knowledge and understanding in Flutter, React Native, Azure, Java, Spring boot (backend), Angular (front end) & Postgres (db).
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal skils.
- Self-motivated, dedicated and solution-oriented individual.
