HR Specialist - Payroll (Senior)

We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about HR data management and providing support to employees and managers.

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, monitoring compensation and benefits packages, and HR analytics. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the payroll process and labor regulations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Updates employee records with new hire information and/ or changes in employment status;
- Maintains and updates personal files of employees;
- Prepares employment contracts;
- Onboards new employees and conducts orientations;
- Administer compensation & benefits programs;
- Answers employees and managers HR & Payroll related questions;
- Analyze HR data and generate reports related to HR data management and government requirements;
- Supports in recording time and attendance;
- Supports payroll calculation;
- Other HR Admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, or similar;
- Good English skills;
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist;
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, like Vikarina or others;
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good problem-solving abilities;
- Team management skills.

As an advantage: experience in the implementation of new HR/Payroll system.
