• príjem a evidencia objednávok od zákazníka
• komunikácia so zákazníkom
• na základe došlých objednávok spracováva plán výroby
• mesačne vypracuje vyťaženosť jednotlivých strojných zariadení, mesačný plán výroby, ako aj predpoklad hodnoty expedície v danom mesiaci
• zodpovedá za zabezpečenie materiálu pre dané objednávky, t.j. objednáva priamy materiál (zmes, kovy)
• denne vypracuje upresnenie plánu výroby, sleduje jeho plnenie, a zároveň aj plnenie plánu expedície
• zodpovedá za dodržanie termínu a množstva stanoveného v objednávke
• prípadne odchýlky komunikuje so zákazníkom
