Plant Maintenance Planner

• Managing preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth equipment operations;
• Utilizing predictive maintenance tools to identify and address potential issues proactively;
• Maintaining organized records and files for efficient maintenance tracking.
• Overseeing spare part management to minimize downtime and keep operations running seamlessly;
• Reporting essential KPIs, contributing valuable insights to enhance maintenance performance;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
• Supporting workshop organization to optimize maintenance processes.
• Contributing to department and group targets, driving excellence throughout the organization;
• Introducing and maintaining the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) method at a golden level;
• Assisting in KPI improvement activities, shaping a more efficient maintenance ecosystem.

• Customer-oriented mindset;
