FM Technician

• Share lessons learnt with FM team
• Transfer the status of equipment and buildings to Technicians' team leader
• Perform small building and engineering systems repair works
• Assist to building engineers in daily activities
• Perform daily maintenance tasks according checklists
• Perform installation of production lines utilities
• Ensure fire safety, OHS and other requirements are followed
• Perform tasks directly given by Plant manager, FM manager
• Ensure quality of works performed by contractors

• Technical education of electrical, automation or HVAC discipline 
• More than 3 years work experiences in building maintenance
• Problem Solving Ability and Initiative Sense
• English communication skills
• PC skills
