Your tasks
- Share lessons learnt with FM team
- Transfer the status of equipment and buildings to Technicians' team leader
- Perform small building and engineering systems repair works
- Assist to building engineers in daily activities
- Perform daily maintenance tasks according checklists
- Perform installation of production lines utilities
- Ensure fire safety, OHS and other requirements are followed
- Perform tasks directly given by Plant manager, FM manager
- Ensure quality of works performed by contractors
Your profile
- Technical education of electrical, automation or HVAC discipline
- More than 3 years work experiences in building maintenance
- Problem Solving Ability and Initiative Sense
- English communication skills
- PC skills
