Competency Management Trainee

We are seeking a motivated Competency Management Trainee to join our worldwide R&D team. This internship position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competency management in our worldwide R&D organization.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of competency frameworks for various roles within the organization
• Support the implementation of competency-based learning initiatives
• Collaborate with worldwide R&D team members to gather and analyze competency data
• Help create and update competency profiles for different job positions
• Assist in generating reports and presentations on competency-related metrics
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of competency management practices

• B2 level (written and verbal) in English language required
• Ability to work independent and reliable
• Proactivity and positive attitude towards people
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
