Náplň práce
- To process incoming customer orders punctually and correctly
- To be the main interface between the customer and all relevant central/plant functions after receipt of order. This includes intercompany business within and outside the region
- Monitor orders received and ensure timely communication with the customer to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Initiate, support and follow up on customer complaint management

Profil kandidáta
- IT systems and tools (SAP, Office, Salesforce)
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Technical affinity or technical understanding
- 2-3 years of vocational training or equivalent training in business administration/logistics.
- German and English language skills (written and spoken)
