O_Customer Quality Management (Carei)
Náplň práce
- Support quality assurance activities for processes and products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor and track quality objectives, proposing improvements for work instructions, verification, and record-keeping forms.
- Participate in quality control inspections of materials, by-products, and finished goods.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of non-conforming products and escalate findings to Quality Management (QM).
- Assist in managing non-conforming products (internal and returned) while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain constant oversight of warehouse and quarantine areas, reporting inventory changes to QM.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific manufacturing and quality standards.
- Track product and process quality objectives for each workplace, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation flow, archiving, and disposal of quality records according to regulatory guidelines.
- Update and maintain document lists as directed by QM, ensuring availability of the latest valid versions at designated locations.
- Perform periodic testing, measurements, and statistical analyses as per quality procedures, with a focus on manufactured articles.
Profil kandidáta
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Experience in quality assurance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, R@R, FMEA, CP is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
