Náplň práce
1.Responsible for new project development and equipment set up for molding process
2.Responsible for KPIs of molding machine and pre-assembly area (e.g. OEE , Productivity , NCC1 ,0 km…)
3.Set up and maintain molding processes /parameter and error proofing plan with statistical tools (Cpk / Cmk analysis, gage R&R, DOE, etc.)
4.Responsible for tooling management
5.Analyze equipment standard operation, improve equipment efficiency in pre-assembly area
6.Responsible for quality problem solving and operator training
Profil kandidáta
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical
2.8 years experience in manufacture engineering experience, 3 years automotive industry experience
3.Be familiar with key production control documents as PPAP,PFEMA,SPC,control plan
4.Familiar with automotive cable assembly process such as crimping or ultrasonic welding& resistance welding will be prefer
5.Cmk, Cpk analysis
