• Bérrel kapcsolatos kérdések kezelése / Munkavállalói kapcsolattartás
• Kapcsolattartás a HR SSC központi szervezettel
• A kötelező jogi és adózási megfelelés biztosítása
• HR csapat támogatása naprakész munkajogi/TB ismeretekkel
• Be- kiléptetési folyamatok támogatása

• Felsőfokú gazdasági vagy HR végzettség
• SAP HR modul ismerete
• Munkaügyi, adózási és társadalombiztosítási ismeretek
• MS Excel haladó szintű ismerete
• HR kontrolling tapasztalat
• Középfokú angol nyelvtudás
