R&D Digital Business Processes Developer (Digital Products)

Náplň práce

In your position as "R&D Digital Business Processes Developer (Testing)" you are responsible to develop and improve our R&D business processes and strongly support the digitalization with coding to increase efficiency and transparency. You enable workflows for the R&D departments and drive the automatization of data collection. In your role you work with internal and external service providers and support the implementation of AI methodology.

Main tasks:

  • Digitalization of processes and enhancing existing processes (including problem-solving and debugging);
  • Developing WebApps by programming frontend and backend;
  • Automatization of business processes;
  • Work with external Software providers; ​
  • Develop customized solutions like web-based workflows for the R&D Departments;
  • Working with developing databases like SQL, MongoDB, and Influx;
  • Design, develop, and maintain database structures;
  • Manage accessibility to allow usage;
  • Keep versioning up to date;
  • Handling backup and information loss processes;
  • Design complex database queries for later analysis;
  • Setup and build up of a central Testing Database ;​
  • Data refinement, processing, and analysis with visualization, e.g Testing and LIMS;
  • Enable systematic collection of process data through R&D Testing areas;
  • Support the implementation of AI methodology in material and technology area​;
  • Work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders to plan, develop, and optimize applications;
  • Create a network of people with digital skills;
  • Organize ways to distribute knowledge.

Profil kandidáta

We are looking for:

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Economics or an equivalent qualification
  • IT Digitalization, Data Analytics and Cybersecurity;
  • Coding Language like Python and frontend CSS;                                                   
  • Databases like SQL (MySQL, MariaDB), MongoDB, Influx;                                    
  • System Know-how with Customer and User centricity ;                                          
  • Artificial Intelligence;                                                                                                
  • Business Process Knowledge (Innovation, Development, General   business);     
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
