CN_Product Performance Monitor Analyst

Product performance monitoring for all the products at the local Market and driving for the continuous improvement of the product in the market.

Complaint data monitoring and analysis. Host local O2I meeting. Raise Market Concern or Early Warning, Organize PPMo test. Collect subjective product performance from field. Offer Product Performance feedback to PM and RnD.

Compliant data analysis and report
▪ Complaint data analysis and issue regular product performance report.
▪ Offer compliant data check and analysis support for RnD, QM, OE, and PM 
▪ Report Market Concern and Early warning based on market observation and data analysis.
▪ Claim case report to central TCS. 
▪ Maintain the local PTH

Local O2I meeting
▪ Host local Monthly O2I meetings with local TCS, CQM, Plants, and RnD.
▪ Together with the Warranty and Field Engineer team to select the O2I cases according to the Corporate rules and local market expectations. 
▪ Follow up on all the O2I cases. Market Concern and Early Waring, Ensure all the cases with proper root cause analysis and measures are implemented at the promised time.

Product Performance Monitoring
▪ Collect subjective product performance feedback from field.
▪ Verify the feedbacks with data and fact, document these and feedback to field colleagues.
▪ Combine these subjective feedback and objective cases, maintain a clear product performance Matrix and update on regular base.
▪ Drive for the product performance improvement with the support from RnD, Plants.
▪ Escalate the cases when needed

PPMo test
▪ Organize the PPMo test for the new product and new technology at Market.
▪ Coordinate all the need resources for PPMo test and make PPMo test plan on annual base.
▪ Follow up and on-site check the PPMo test and report the status at different stage.
▪ Maintain all PPMo test, present and share result and report with different stakeholders.

At least Bachelor's Degree, engineering background is prefer;  English (Fluent)

3 years technical background include tire manufacturing, RnD, QM

Leading project experience with cross function team

Fluent Mandarin and Fluent English is required. International cultures is prefer.
