Production Planner

Náplň práce

Main tasks:

  • Plan the production according to the customer's request.
  • Analyzes available resources: personnel, machines, and materials to plan and issue production orders.
  • Follows the production stage, takes measures for compliance with planning, participates, and reports in production meetings.
  • Organizes the inventory of the materials in the line warehouse and the process.
  • Actively participates in the annual inventories.
  • Checks daily the evolution of production and the coverage of orders from clients and adjusts the plan (if necessary).
  • reflects production performance (DPI) and working times with the production department.
  • calculates and approves internally the safety stocks for the finished product (where applicable).
  • creates and maintains Master data for finished product codes in SAP (production version, material master, etc.).
  • identify and eliminate losses in the area of ​​activity.
  • keep in touch with the production department, Customer Logistics, quality, PPI
  • Participate in departmental and inter-departmental meetings;".
  • It helps to improve the performance indicators (KPI) specific to logistics and production (production in progress, production orders launched on time and their closure, stock rotation speed-turn rate, productivity).
  • Responsible for the phase-in/phase-out process on the finished product.
  • Participates in developing and implementing projects related to its area of ​​activity.
  • Comply with the Internal Order Regulation and the Collective Labor Agreement provisions.
  • Respect the established work schedule.
  • Respect the quality procedures of the Quality Management system and the procedures and rules of the concern.
  • Respect the instructions of Labor Protection, Fire Protection, and Environmental Protection.
  • Compliance with company policies, and rules (work schedule, contract, quality management, health and safety at work, environment, fire prevention, data protection policies).
  • Responsible for maintaining data confidentiality.

Profil kandidáta

We are looking for:

  • 1+ years' experience working on a Production Planner or other similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication abilities
  • English language - medium level
