Customer quality engineer

1.Handle with customer quality complaint, include confirmation, temporary solution of the complaint. 
2.Lead analysis of no-confirming from customer complaint,
3.Reply 8D and tracking problems

4. Handle with customer returned and claim

5.System maintenance of customer complaint, returned and claim
6.Handle customer complaint on site audits

7.Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors
8.Follow EHS rules and policies
