O_Production Area Leader (Carei)

• Coordination of the leaders in the production area.
• Ensures the collaboration and information flow with other departments (Quality, Product Industrialization, Supply Chain).
• Elaboration of projects/proposals for quality, performance and  efficiency improvement, also scrap reduction in the production area.
• Supervision of the production process and assessment of the performance according to the production guideline and quality standards.
• Ensures that the manufacturing workflow is in adherence with the procedures instructions and customer requirements.
• Ensures that people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner in order to meet the delivery requirements.
• Communication of KPI’s and targets to the employees.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

• University degree
• Experience in operations
• SAP and Excel knowledge
• English knowledge
• Problem solving & communication skills
• Experience in team coordination
• Lean Manufacturing & 5S knowledge
