R&D Process, Systems and Regulations Trainer

Náplň práce

As an R&D Process and Systems Trainer you will be responsible to local/regional R&D processes implementation, documentation and training as well as the multiplier function as R+D quality coach. The function supports the execution of the global R&D strategy. It creates local/regional standard work processes aligned with the global guidelines as well as implementation of the tools (e.g. FMEA, Project Management Documentation System, Databases, etc.) for R&D. ​

It comprises the expert network creation role as the representative in regulative in the region. Safeguards compliance with BU related legislative requirements for all regions of the world. Includes the CBS@R&D specialist role for the region.

  1. Strategy:▪ Support the development of the regional R&D strategy in alignment with the regional R&D managment team and ensure implementation of supporting tools, methods and compliance with regulations
    ▪ Maintain and adapt the "Development process" as core process for the business unit in the region.
    ▪ Execute a sound master data strategy, ensuring global adaptiveness, standardization and regulatory compliance
    ▪ Support the creation of the chemical strategy by strong association work
  2. Leadership:▪ Ensures that organization policies are uniformly understood and properly interpreted and administered
    ▪ Implement and ensure efficient processes   
  3. Entrepreneurship:▪ Set-up and maintain the R+D work infrastructure in the region
    ▪ Support BU strategy by representation on regional contact for regulations
    ▪ Agree and prioritize targets in the global R+D community 
  4. Quality and technical compliance:▪Safeguard chemical compliance with legal and safety regulations and alignment with local authorities and administration
    ▪Comprise the Quality Coach function for R+D
    ▪Set-up and train globally available standardized quality tools (e.g. FMEA)
    ▪Safeguards commited standards of quality guidelines and quality awarenes
  5. Innovations:▪ Creates athmosphere supporting innovations and cross-thinking and their realisation
    ▪ Maintain close contact to development, sales and business development to derive ideas for new products / solutions

Profil kandidáta

  1. Technical or Bachelor degree​.
  2. Professional experience in the manufacturing industry (min. 1 year)​
  3. > 2 years of experience on management systems.
  4. Tools and techniques for R&D and innovation process. ​
  5. Project management experience in major projects .Regional project management experience and ability to manage and facilitate change across multiple sites and teams​.
  6. Technical understanding, structural thinking and priority setting methodologies.
  7. Analytical, problem solving and decision-making competence​.
  8. Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and in English language,Fluent English, German is a plus.
  9. Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement combined with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  10. >1 years experience in collaborating internationally.
