Supply Chain Management Intern

• Responsible for the organization and coordination of supply chain training for 26 factories in Asia
• Update the course maintenance and feedback evaluation in the system
• Collect customer ratings every month
• Assist in sorting out contract attachments or other documents
• Monthly report making
• Organization and coordination of workshop
• Other work assigned by the supervisor.
• Update SCMA KPI report
• Monthly update the latest inventory status of slow mover and blocked stock
• CDP accuracy report creation and analysis
• CDP weekly customer call-off report creation and analysis
• China OEM report updating
• Print out KPI booklet
• Coordinate and support on team related workshop

1. Strong sense of responsibility, able to ensure fixed for more than 3 days a week, more than 6 months is preferred
2. Good English communication skills, working system and email are all English environment
3. Independent, strong communication and coordination ability, patient and careful
4. Good ability to use office software
5. Major in logistics, supply chain, international trade or science and engineering is preferred
6. Have basic painting skills, be competent in simple business brush drawing is preferred
7. Making multimedia courseware is preferred.
