Able to improve manufacturing productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, manpower utilization, and cost competitiveness by applying Industrial Engineering principles, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Competencies
- Industrial Engineering and work measurement
- Capacity calculation and production planning
- Time study and cycle-time analysis
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
- Problem Solving mindset.
- Data analysis and problem solving
- Excel,Power BI and analytical tools
- Process optimization and line balancing.

Requisitos
- B.Tech./B.E. in Industrial Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing.
- Training or certification in Industrial Engineering, Work Measurement, Time Study, VSM, Kaizen, and Ergonomics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Sound knowledge of OEE, capacity planning, line balancing, manpower planning, and productivity improvement.
- 03–05 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry.
