Process Development Engineer – Retreading Technologies

Join our MPDI RTP team and help shape the future of sustainable tire solutions! We’re looking for a motivated Process Development Engineer to support and enhance our Hot and Cold Retread processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global environment, contribute to innovative projects, and collaborate across departments and locations.

Your responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize retread processes (Hot and Cold) in line with performance, quality, cost, complexity and timing requirements.
2. Maintain and adapt retread - specific processes to meet evolving needs.
3. Collaborate closely with MPDI departments, product and technology development teams, and retread manufacturing sites ww.
4. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, generate know-how and ensure proper documentation.

1. University degree in Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or Material Engineering.
2. Fluency In English Is a must, as the role requires regular Interaction across International teams and documentation In English.
3. Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Willingness to travel frequently and internationally.

Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):

Experienced candidate: TT9  + variable part

Freshly graduate: TT8 + variable part

Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3 000€ gross/monthly and more.
