Maintenance Engineer - Sibiu Plant Facility Management & ESH

Join our team and take part in shaping the efficiency and reliability of our technical systems! We’re looking for a proactive, skilled Maintenance Engineer to support our operations and continuously improve our building infrastructure.

Check out your future responsibilities below:

• Monitor and optimize HVAC equipment performance, in coordination with BMS and maintenance teams
• Plan and track preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Analyze system faults, identify root causes, and implement technical solutions
• Supervise external contractors performing corrective and preventive maintenance work
• Coordinate all maintenance and repair efforts for HVAC systems
• Participate in modernization, retrofit, and energy efficiency projects for technical infrastructure
• Collaborate with equipment and service providers
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards in technical operations

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree in a technical field (Building Services Engineering, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Ventilation, heating, cooling, and air conditioning system principles
  • Equipment such as chillers, AHUs, fan coils, heat pumps, boilers, and rooftop units
  • Thermo-technics, automation, and climate control systems
• Familiarity with BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Schneider) and ability to interpret operational parameters
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, automation diagrams, and documentation
• IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Outlook), CMMS/maintenance software (e.g., KMR)
• Intermediate level of English, with understanding of technical terminology

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

• ANRE certification (minimum Level II B)
• Courses/certifications in refrigeration, HVAC, or automation
• Training in BMS or Facility Management platforms
