Automation Platform Engineer

Main Targets: 

1. Ensure stability, availability, and scalability of the UiPath automation platform
2. Implement and sustain resilient automation architectures
3. Automate platform operational tasks and streamline delivery pipelines
4. Enforce platform security, compliance, and data protection
5. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve platform incident
6. Provide self‑service platform capabilities for development and automation teams

Main Tasks: 

Support Automation consultants and developer to establish proper Data - & Application Architecture for defined Automation
▪Ensure that the various automation tools work in an integrated way (e.g. interface - & API management)

▪Design and implement UiPath platform architectures across cloud, on‑premises, or hybrid environments.
▪Ensure the platform meets performance, scalability, and availability requirements.
▪Monitor, maintain, and upgrade platform components, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
▪Implement observability, alerting, and diagnostic capabilities for proactive issue resolution.
▪Troubleshoot platform incidents, performance issues, and integration failures.
▪Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines supporting automation deployment and platform updates.
▪Automate operational tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual overhead.

▪Document deployment designs, operational procedures, platform diagrams, and technical guidelines.
▪Establish and enforce infrastructure and automation standards across environments.
▪Apply corporate security standards, access policies, and compliance controls to all UiPath components.
▪Manage certificates, authentication configurations, and network requirements.

▪Active communication and knowledge sharing with related roles and automation community
▪Strong Cooperation with internal customers of the automation platform (technical)
▪Strong collaboration with (external) providers for service support

▪Utilize cloud and infrastructure knowledge to support on Low Code (Mendix) platform 

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

Solid Experience with Process Automation (RPA) 
Solid Experience with software architecture and engineering
Experience with Low Code Application (Mendix) and Python

Good communication skills, ability to work in teams and project management.
