Senior IT Consultant for System and Protection Management (TM)

• 3rd level support for System & Protection Management services;
• Participate and support global projects;
• Collaborate with the necessary Global and Local IT teams, to support and maintain the related infrastructure systems (On-prem & Cloud);
• Responsible for creating Work Instructions and other knowledge base materials that can be shared to internal/external support;
• Conduct trainings both new colleagues (Technical and processes) and customers globally;
• Responsible in developing & aligning the service for future requirements and trends;
• Enhance and improve System & Protection Management processes;
• Responsible for IT systems support on high complexity tasks;
• Conceptualize, implement and validate System Integration on focus service area.

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field;
• Certifications in any IT related applications, softwares and services is an advantage;
• Minimum of 4 years on Professional IT experience (Crowdstrike, Trellix, Landesk);
• At least 3 years relevant experience in IT service provisioning;
• 2 years experience working on System & Security Management systems and solutions. E.g. projects, including representation of Technical projects;
• 1 year experience in working with multicultural stakeholders;
• Scripting knowledge is a plus;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal, is beneficial;
• Outstanding inter-personal communication skills are essential.
