Job demand
1. Maintain good communication with customers from project acquisition to project completion
2. Develop the project master plan and execute it strictly according to the plan
3. Develop project budgets, initiate capex requests and obtain approvals, track key financial indicators and
ensure that benchmarks are met before the project is handed over to production.
4. Work with engineering team to ensure design reviews, DV, PV.
5. Manage multi-functional and multi-regional teams through smooth communication
6. Perform project risk assessment and follow up closely.
7. Report project status to management on a regular basis through the project management system
8. Support Operations team to solve key startup issues and VOC
Reikalavimai
Position demand:
1.5 years Experience in project management, preferably in automotive industry
2. Good communication skills and the ability to build customer relationship
3. Good team work spirit and strong problem solving ability & organizational skill.
4. Experience with similar customer (GWM /Ford etc) project management is preferred.
5. Bachelor degree or above experience in electronics, automation related professional
6. Know well about the appearance approval process is a plus.
7. A corresponding technical skills and communication skills, automation and electronic experience is a plus
8. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
