Team Development:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the IT team by implementing training programs and mentorship opportunities.
- Ensure the right structure, mindset, and culture are in place to hire and retain top talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure business continuity during SAP Hana rollouts (Imp@CT), supporting system interfaces to local applications and acting as an active local team member of the project.
Develop and Implement Roadmaps:
- Collaborate with competence center teams to create and roll out solution roadmaps.
- Own the Local IT Partnership within the Region IT Americas for assigned locations.
- Develop and implement solution roadmaps for the locations.
- Lead regional IT projects and ensure their implementation within defined project targets.
Strategic IT Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of IT strategies across the region.
- Implement ContiTech strategy and standards in the Area IT in line with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure the implementation of strategic projects from Sector (HKM) to the locations requiring Local IT support.
- Manage project execution within Area IT.
Strategic and Budgetary Planning:
- Participate in planning processes, offering recommendations and executing new programs.
- Drive IT process improvements and long-term implementation plans.
Innovation Management:
- Oversee renewal processes, identifying opportunities for technological updates.
Budget Management:
- Manage the local IT budget, ensuring spending aligns with approved limits.
- Ensure local IT provisioning.
- Participate in strategic and budgetary planning processes for the locations.
Service Assurance:
- Ensure the availability, performance, sustainability, and compliance of regional IT services.
Leadership and Support:
- Manage and support Location IT Managers, acting as their disciplinary supervisor.
- Actively steer and control external providers to ensure optimal regional service provisioning alongside LITMs and Regional IT managers.
- Supervise local IT resources, leading and developing team members.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Act as the key liaison across functional areas, ensuring business continuity during rollouts and supporting local applications.
- Serve as the liaison for Smart Factory-related topics driven by Central Operation in the locations.
Cybersecurity Strategy:
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets and sensitive information.
- Initiate regular technical data security and disaster recovery reviews in the locations according to the latest guidelines.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal performance and value for the organization.
Digital Transformation:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
- Act as the exclusive IT Partner for Digitalization and Automation of business processes in the respective area with CBS support.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure IT operations and systems adhere to relevant industry regulations and data protection laws across the South America region.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and guidelines, supporting Regional IT Managers.
Reikalavimai
Masters or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration or related studies
Experience in production locations, leading Teams.
Proven project management experience.
Experience with team management.
Previously Experience in working with international teams.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.
