• Suppliers: Develop new OLED suppliers and verify the technical readiness; Ability to identify market trends and their potential for automotive product use cases
• Global Impact: Involved into global OLED community and spread the knowledge of OLED Technology from local
• Standards: Support define internal and external standards for OLEDs
• Training: Spread the knowledge of OLED Technology in local
• Projects:Strong leadership for display applications (from concept to mass production); Generation of value add on system level; Driving development of cost-competitive OLED technology
• Interfaces: Be the ambassador of the Expert Field OLED in local

• In-depth know-how of OLED technology
• Experience in the development of display systems and optoelectronic components or comparable, relevant experience
• High self-motivation to drive forward the own expert field OLED
• Experience in the automotive sector
• Understanding the components and elements within the optical path of a display
• Knowledge of project management and core tools (e.g. Jira, DOORS)
• System understanding in cooperation with hardware, mechanics and optics
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Communication skills
