Utilities Technician

• Provide high grade of availability of utilities equipment and energy efficiency.
• Performs maintenance tasks (preventive & corrective maintenance) on utilities machines.
• Direct impact of availability of utilities equipment and breakdowns.
• Provide machine improvements in order to increase quality/production level and to reduce breakdowns.
• Support projects.
• Keeping workplace clean and organized on a daily basis.
• Report in detail performed work in SAP-PM (work order confirmations, spare parts reservations, etc.).
• Support Continental Business Teams.
• Takes ownership of own safety. Report any unsafe situations or unsafe behavior to supervisor.
• Ensure own time attendance is accurately captured.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Related Discipline or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Maintenance background

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with power and energy supply equipment.
• Experience with Facilities maintenance.
• Experience with Siemens and / or Johnsons PLC's.
• Experience with MetaSys software.
• Structured Problem-Solving methods.
• Computer knowledge (MS Office).
• SAP PM.
