We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant to Plant Manager to join our team in Continental Tyres (Thailand) Co., Ltd. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Plant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the manufacturing facility.

  • Report directly to Plant Manager
  •  Plans, coordinates and ensures the Plant Manager's schedule is followed and respected
  • Handling administrative tasks for the Plant Manager including: managing an extremely active calendar of meeting and appointments
  • Manage vacation, holiday, travel and business trip for Plant manager
  • Handling and monitoring weekly, Bi weekly, monthly meeting with Plant manager's subordinate
  • Building, Preventative Maintenance, and any other events that may impact the weekly schedule.
  • Handling incoming documents for consideration and approval.
  • Arranging meetings & conferences and appropriate venues as well as organizing necessary materials
  • Handling reimburses monthly expenses and benefits for Plant manager
  • Works closely and effectively with the Plant Manager to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Handling internal weekly, monthly or quarterly Presentation and minute meeting
  • Co-ordinating for POR presentation & Minute meeting and submit in plant share file and Plant Manager Assistant SharePoint
  • Support Continuous improvement projects in the admin area
  • Administration task support Plant manager or Plant management ; Create shopping cart , arrange accommodation and transfer arrange for executive visitors
  • Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
  • Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with plant management systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Fluency in Thai and English languages
