Process & Lean Engineer (Carei)

• Enhance operational efficiency by developing and implementing effective process methods and work instructions, by increasing productivity and reducing waste;
• Ensuring the implementation of newly created processes to improve production flows;
• Collaborate with project teams during product development and scaling, define necessary equipment and tools, and create process flow diagrams;
• Collaborate and support with other departments with capacity measurement and production issues;
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput;
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans for production issues;
• Monitor production data to identify trends and recommend improvements;
• Select appropriate measurement techniques and analyze their advantages and disadvantages;
• Optimize operational processes by measuring the progress of time required for specific operations;
• Conduct objective evaluations through sample calculations and regular statistical assessments;
• Perform periodic reassessments post-development phases;
• Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures;
• Initiates and leads continuous improvement projects, based on lean concept;
• Participate in inventory activities according to company needs;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate process reports.

• University degree in the engineering field;
• Strong English knowledge;
• Lean Manufacturing Concept Knowledge (5S, SMED, Kanban);
• Problem solving, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA;
• Similar work experience.
