SMT Process Engineering Team Leader

•  Monitor workload for the whole team through detailed planning and recruiting. 
•  HRD process(Targets, performance, dialogue, etc.) 
•  Roadmap making and implementation in the PE area to support FF/BA development strategy. 
• Support central IE and Tech.net on new technology and strategy development. 
• Support R&D on new products and process development. 
• Standardization of equipment, tooling, and work methods by application of company standards.
•  Technical specification preparation for equipment & tooling.
•  Equipment & tooling installation, set up, and validation.  
•  Control equipment and tooling investment. 
•  Control spare parts cost and maintain critical spare parts on stock.
•  Contribute to budget planning, tracking, and control of spare parts and services.
• Ensure that SMT strategic projects are defined and tracked periodically. All deviations are addressed in time.
• Leading and/or supporting plant project rollout with CEP roadmap, e.g. MES.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education and experience required.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the process field of automotive manufacturing area.
• Good communication in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing. 
• Office software knowledge
• Technical know-how of the applied process technologies and equipment   
• QMS and Quality tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of production equipment industrialization, standardization, and troubleshooting.
• Projects & resources planning skills.
• Microsoft tools knowledge.
• Statistical tools skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Surface Mounting Technologies Knowledge.
• IPC qualification knowledge.
• Experience with Automotive process standards, procedures.
