Customer Quality Management (CQM) Engineer Entry

This position is responsible of ensuring that Customer quality engineers is receiving customer complaints (0KM & Warranty), leading problem solving also validating effectiveness of actions defined.

Makes sure that all customer portals are up to date and seeks for analysis and action plans when score cards are not meeting the target.
Is also responsible for the PPM reporting in a timely manner as well as in SAP/Compliance Quest. 
Supports the QMS with Customer Audits and implementation of CSR.
Ensures follow up and completion of PPAP requirements on time
Follows up the Quality objectives and action plans associated 

• General knowledge of quality tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA, Cpk)
• 6 moths of experience in automotive industry and familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 & 6.5 standards
• Customer specific requirements general knowledge (VW Group preferred)
• Mathematical skills - Must be able to perform complicated calculations and have excellent computer skills and knowledge.
• SAP, MS Office experience desired.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
• English 80%
